reCaptcha

You may have noticed that we've added a captcha to our contact form. Captchas are quick puzzles that make sure it is humans, not robots, who are sending us emails. To do this we use the reCaptcha service which is funded by Carnegie Mellon University. ReCaptcha is a cool program that not only prevents spam, but also helps digitize old books and newspapers. Every time someone solves a reCaptcha a word is digitized.

Sheet Music

The age of iTunes and downloaded music is great for filling your iPod, but it lacks a little of the style of yesteryear. Back even before the cool art on record albums sheet music was a way to bring the current music into the homes of Americans. The covers were often as colorful as the tunes inside. We recently did a job for Angela Wright of The Purple Pear Tree in Tecumseh where we took the vintage sheet music covers and gave them a contemporary flare. We put pockets on the back for the actual sheet music in case someone wants to play "Home on the Range" on their Ukulele.
