Countdown to the Circle
Entry 456 Whew! As of 7:02 Saturday night, one week before the 2007 Circle of Art, we are finally caught up. 456 contributions have been photographed, catalogued, and posted on our website,146 bidders have been registered and almost $3,000 worth of early bids have been placed. Great stuff has still been coming in such as this compelling mixed media piece by Adrian College professor Pi Benio and this fresh watercolor scene by our friend Greg Sobran.
Great, great stuff this year, the artists have been almost overwhelming in their generosity. Now it's time for all of us bidders to do our part - buy a piece of art and help fight hunger where we live. Remember...every penny raised goes directly to Food Gatherers.
