My frame arrived today. It's just perfect for the 5 x 5 inch black and white picture of my grandparents. They are sitting at their kitchen table celebrating my granddad's birthday and the picture was taken in October, 1973. I have had a number of items framed {by you} and I have been extremely pleased with the quality and service. That being said, my last encounter had me a little concerned...that was until the exceptional customer service traits that can only be found in a locally owned, small business came to the rescue. Due to a miscommunication between myself and sales associate, I showed up early to pick-up my item, only to find that it wasn't supposed to be ready for a couple of days. Once I expressed that it was for a gift that I was taking out of town the next day, the team at Saline Picture Frame Company came through for me with flying colors. Not only did they manage to get my frame done that day, they delivered it to my house later that evening! The gift was delivered on-time and was on proud display that same day.
