Purchase Order Policy -SPFC
We are happy to accept Purchase Orders from schools, universities, hospitals, and other government institutions.
To order using a purchase order, please contact our customer service department at (888) 292-2323 or (734) 429-3352 for approval.
Once you've placed an order please submit your official purchase order, to our order desk via fax at 734-429-7254 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our terms, upon credit approval, are net 30.
Purchase Orders must include the billing and shipping addresses, contact name, phone number, fax number, purchase order number, and the Federal Tax ID Number. In addition, please include the item number and quantity for each item ordered. We will ship the order in 1-3 business days upon receipt of your purchase order. We will contact you when we receive your purchase order to confirm the order and any details.
